The next project is going to be two different steps... the first is going to be creating music, and the second one will be creating a CD cover case for your new CD creation!
MUSIC MAKER:
- Go to www.soundation.com - click on "Launch the Studio"
- On the right side of the screen, you will see "Free Sounds", and some folders. Clicking on a folder will open the folder, giving you access to tons of different sounds!
- Click on them once to listen to the different sounds, or drag one that you like into the left part of the screen, and begin creating your own beats
- To save your file when you're done, click on "File", then "Export .sng file" (Ask for help if you need!)
- If you bring in a blank CD, we can burn your music for you to take home!
CD CREATION:
- Go into the Start menu on the bottom left of the main screen, and click on "All Programs"
- Click on "Microsoft Office", and then click on Microsoft Office
- Find the icon that says "Labels" and click on it
- Find the "Media Labels", and click on it to open
- Pick a template that you would like to work with!
Now, find and create your own art on www.pixlr.com - click on Advanced Editor
You can find a picture online and paste it into pixlr to change it, or draw your own picture from scratch.
When this is done, we will print them off, and you will have your very own CD cover to take home!
